Mira advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate laws and regulations, M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, virtual assets, company restructuring, corporate governance and compliance across the UAE and its free zones – DIFC and ADGM. She also advises on various UAE employment matters.
Mira is a fluent Arabic speaker and has experience with local procedures, including liaising with local authorities for the incorporation of companies and for the notarisation and legalisation of legal documents. She has also assisted entities in both the public and private sector.
Mira is actively involved in pro bono initiatives and the firm’s Mental Health Task Force, Multicultural Network and Women’s Network. She has also assisted various NGOs in the UAE.
