Michael is a dispute resolution lawyer who specialises in commercial and construction disputes and international arbitration. He has worked on cross-border commercial disputes in various sectors and industries, including construction, energy, hospitality and commodities. He has advised on arbitral proceedings under various institutional rules, such as the SIAC, ICC and LCIA, as well as ad hoc arbitrations.
Michael has experience acting as counsel in construction adjudications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act and in Singapore commercial litigation matters. He has also advised developers and contractors on construction contracts for energy and mixed-use developments.
