Lan’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate matters, including various types of cross-border transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments in both the US and China, and general corporate advice to clients in both countries. She also assists clients with respect to the US equity securities offerings and SEC reporting documents. Lan represents businesses in a wide variety of industries.
