Ethan regularly represents borrowers/sponsors, lenders, facility agents, security agents/trustees, servicers and special servicers across a wide range of real estate asset classes in the UK and European markets, including:

• investment and development loans
• whole loans, bridging loans and senior / mezzanine loans
• ground lease financings
• loan-on-loan financings and warehouse financings
• CMBS and CRE CLOs
• repos

In 2020, Ethan undertook a seven-month secondment to the legal department of a commercial real estate loan service provider.

Alongside his day-to-day role, Ethan is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono initiatives.
