Jeff is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy.  Jeff, a licensed insolvency practitioner, focuses on international restructuring and insolvency matters. He advises insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, companies and directors in connection with administrations, receiverships, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, debt and security restructuring and turnarounds and workouts. He has also been involved in the restructuring of several US groups with overseas subsidiaries and, through this work, has gained a detailed knowledge of US Chapter 11 restructurings.
