Nick Erickson is a commercial and corporate litigator with experience representing the transportation, cannabis, staffing, and food and beverage industries in jury and bench trials, mediation, private arbitration, and appeals. His practice focuses on commercial contracts, employment disputes, governance and dissolution disputes in private companies, breach of fiduciary duty, civil fraud, and non-compete agreements.
Nick has extensive experience in post-trial and appellate proceedings, including motions for new trial, proceedings regarding attorney fee shifting provisions, and other complex legal issues. Nick has authored briefs in the appellate courts of Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, Massachusetts, and the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the majority of which have resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients.
Nick also has experience representing high-profile transportation clients in a number of successful cases of first impression before state and federal appellate courts.
