James Hatchard

James advises on a wide range of international corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.

James completed a year-long secondment with an international technology client, during which he advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including a number of SaaS and cloud computing agreements. He also helped to transition the in house legal team to new leadership.
