Curt has an extensive background in the representation of financial institutions in loan transactions with an emphasis on real estate financing. He has represented numerous commercial banks and other institutional lending sources in their construction and permanent lending activities for over 35 years. As a result, Curt has a thorough understanding of areas such as interest rate swaps and other hedging transactions, benchmark rate succession and conversion, and loan participations.
