Charles is a member of the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group with a focus on securities litigation, appellate litigation, and complex commercial disputes and internal investigations. He represents individuals and corporate clients in a wide variety of industries in both federal and state courts and through all phases of litigation – from pre-litigation investigation through post-trial motions and appeals. His experience includes securities class actions, SEC investigations and civil actions, consumer class actions, commercial real estate disputes and complex business disputes. Charles regularly takes the lead in drafting appellate briefs, major dispositive motions, and post-trial briefs.
