Charles is an associate in the firm’s Global Regulatory Enforcement Group with a focus on securities litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and complex commercial disputes. He represents individuals and corporate clients in a wide variety of industries in both federal and state courts. He has experience in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, FCA cases brought by the DOJ and qui tam relators, consumer class actions, and commercial real estate disputes. Charles also assists clients with DOJ and SEC investigations and is experienced in complex e-discovery projects.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Charles served as a judicial law clerk at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
