Emma has experience working on public and private corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and capital markets. Emma has advised on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional transactions and acted for a broad range of clients across a number of industry sectors with a particular focus on media and entertainment and real estate clients.
