Amy is an associate in the Pittsburgh office, and focuses her practice on energy, labor & employment, real estate, and complex litigation. She was a 2017 summer associate at Reed Smith. Amy has briefed complex matters in state and federal trial courts and administrative agencies, including requests for and oppositions to expedited injunctive relief.
Amy earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Amy was an Associate Editor of the Duquesne Law Review and president of the student-run Appellate Moot Court Board. She was named Regional Champion and awarded a Best Brief Award in Brooklyn, New York at the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition. At the National Finals, Amy was awarded a National Top-10 Oral Advocate Award. Amy was also a student attorney in the Urban Development Practicum, where she drafted and filed a pardon petition for an incarcerated client sentenced to life in prison, and represented various non-profit organizations in litigation and transactional matters.
She is a member of the Order of Barristers and the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation. Amy currently serves as a Chapter Advisor to the Beta Delta Chapter of the Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority and an Appellate Moot Court Coach.
