Amy Kerlin is a member of the Financial Industry Group at Reed Smith LLP, practicing in the areas of Restructuring & Insolvency and Antitrust. Amy’s practice is focused on representing indenture trustees, financial institutions, utilities, and other corporate debtors in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. Amy regularly defends creditors in bankruptcy-related contested matters and adversary proceedings. She also regularly advises and represents corporate clients in various antitrust matters, including defense of multi-district litigation cases and has briefed complex matters in state and federal trial courts, including request for and oppositions to expedited injunctive relief.
