Kelly is an associate in Reed Smith's structured finance group. Her work focuses primarily on debt restructurings, securitisations and debt capital markets. Kelly’s recent experience includes the debt restructuring of a major Dutch corporation, advising an issuer in relation to an on-balance sheet cross-border receivables financing and assisting with the development of an innovative financing solution for the continued production of a key component in a malaria vaccine. She acts for a range of market participants including issuers, trustees, agents, account banks and investors. Kelly has also spent a number of years working in-house in financial institutions as senior counsel and has a solid understanding of the legal, regulatory and market issues applicable to strategic financing projects and structures.
