Andrew is an associate in the firm’s Life Sciences Health Industry Group. His practice involves a wide range of litigation matters, but the majority of his practise focuses on complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation as well as products liability litigation, including both federal multi-district litigation and state court level proceedings. Andrew also handles various other commercial litigation matters in the life sciences and healthcare industry. Andrew has significant experience in all aspects pre-trial litigation, including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, working with expert witnesses, and pre-trial motion practice. Andrew also has experience in other healthcare-related litigation, including representing national and regional medical providers in professional malpractice lawsuits. In addition, Andrew has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including binding arbitration proceedings and mediations.
