Nicole has worked on a wide range of commercial and financial industry disputes. She represents foreign and domestic institutions in lender liability litigation and the monetization of distressed and non-performing asset bases. Nicole's practice also focuses on representing hedge funds, investors, and other financial industry players in a broad range of investment-related litigation.
Nicole litigates in New York state and federal courts and regularly handles arbitrations before JAMS, AAA and CPR arbitration panels. As a result of her investment-related litigation practice, Nicole also has great familiarity with U.S. Bankruptcy Court procedure and practice.
Nicole serves as Vice Chair of the Reed Smith Women’s Initiative Network Committee in New York.
As part of Nicole’s commitment to pro bono practice, she provides legal services to indigent New York women, many of whom are victims of domestic violence, in family offense and matrimonial disputes.
