Prior to joining Reed Smith, Tim was a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he focused on fast moving M&A deals from the state and local tax perspective for a wide range of public and private clients in strategic acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and more.

While at University of California, Davis School of Law, Tim was Editor in Chief, Business Law Journal; Co-President, Tax Law Society; Co-President, Korean American Law Student Association; Professional Development Chair, Social Chair, Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
