Jonty is an associate in Reed Smith’s Labour and Employment Group in London. He supports clients across a broad range of sectors on all aspects of employment law, advising on both contentious and non-contentious workplace issues.

Jonty has assisted on a range of litigation and transactional matters. His litigation experience includes acting for a media corporation in equal pay claims and defending a banking client from claims of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and sexual orientation discrimination.
