He excels in navigating complex issues and disputes, working collaboratively with clients to deliver solutions that promote their best interests. Passionate about advocating for clients, Christopher is committed to achieving results in both litigation and IP matters, regardless of the case's size.
Christopher represents clients in a variety of matters across the commercial litigation and IP spectrum, including trademark enforcement and counseling related to property disputes.
During law school, Christopher was an active member of the Santa Clara Law Trial Team and received several academic accolades, including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in IP Litigation, Advanced Trial Techniques, and Criminal Law, as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Human Rights.
Christopher is passionate about social justice and advocating for underrepresented communities, with experience working with immigrant communities and a commitment to engaging in pro bono immigration matters. His background in public service, which includes roles as a teacher, instructional coach, and data analyst for the Department of Homelessness, further demonstrates his dedication to client advocacy and delivering exceptional results for his clients.
