Represented two U.S. lenders (a life company and a commercial finance company) in a $188 million A/B structure loan made to a U.S. REIT to refinance existing debt and to refurbish the IBM Plaza building in downtown Chicago, developed as a vertical condominium.
Represented Administrative Agent in a $49 million syndicated commercial mortgage loan secured with a leasehold mortgage on a Ground Lease interest in a Class A office tower containing 615,942+ net rentable square feet of space in a major U.S. city.

Represented an institutional lender in the restructure of a $137 million commercial mortgage acquisition/renovation loan for the conversion of apartments into condominiums on Park Avenue in New York City.
Represented an institutional lender in a deed-in-lieu transaction on a $141 million construction loan secured by ten (10) low rise office building properties in Silicon Valley, California.
Represented an institutional lender in the sale of REO property consisting of approximately 244.53+ acres developed with a big box retail center, in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Represented the Administrative Agent in the workout of an $88 million construction loan for a "for-sale" condominium project.
