Stephen advises clients on corporate, business and real estate law.  His work includes mergers and acquisitions, general business counseling, real estate transactions, lending transactions, contract disputes, and devising ownership and investments structures.  Stephen serves as lead corporate counsel to clients in a broad range of industries.  He often acts as general counsel for clients supervising their various legal needs.
