Tim is an associate in the firm’s Global Commercial Disputes Group. His practice currently involves a wide range of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, financial services litigation, business and mass torts, consumer protection litigation, injunctive relief, and civil enforcement actions brought by state attorneys general.
Tim has trial experience including participating in voir dire, preparing opening statements, preparing for examinations, and addressing evidentiary issues. He also has extensive pre-trial experience including authoring or co-authoring successful motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, Daubert/Frye motions, post-arbitration motions, and discovery motions.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Tim worked as a data privacy and security intern in the General Counsel’s office at United Technologies Corporation and gained experience with Pennsylvania’s federal courts, having interned for the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez. He served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Villanova Law Review as well as student body Vice President at the University of New Haven.
