Chu is a partner in the Financial Industry Group and specialises in fund finance. Chu joined Reed Smith in September 2013 as a trainee.

Chu acts for a variety of borrower and lender side clients, with a primary focus on banks and other financial institutions on the full range of fund finance products including subscription line facilities, Net Asset Value (NAV), hybrid, co-investment and general partner support facilities.
