As part of the International Arbitration team, Aitmaganbet's practice consists of general commercial disputes with a focus on investor-state arbitration based on bilateral investment treaties. Aitmaganbet has worked on a number of investor-state International Arbitration matters (under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules).
