Sofia is an associate in the Transportation Industry Group.
Sofia joined the firm as a trainee in 2019 and completed seats in Transportation (Dry Shipping Litigation), Banking and Finance and Global Commercial Disputes. She was also seconded to the Finance team in the Paris office.
Sofia advises P&I clubs, owners and charterers on a wide range of contentious dry shipping matters, including charterparties, bills of lading and contractual disputes. She has experience of LMAA arbitration as well as High Court litigation.
Sofia is the joint head of the pro bono Tower Hamlets Mediation Project at Reed Smith.
