Carina Park is an associate in the Frankfurt office and member of the Global Corporate Group. She is a qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin, since 2013) and tax advisor (Steuerberaterin, since 2017). Her practice focuses on all issues of corporate taxation (including VAT). In particular, Carina Park advises on tax issues in the context of corporate transaction. She also has experience in advising open and closed ended funds, structuring and implementation of real estate transactions and assists in tax proceedings, tax audits and tax litigation.
