Whitney’s practice focuses on transactional, regulatory, health information privacy, reproductive health, and compliance matters for pharmacies, life-sciences companies, health care providers, commercial Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations, and investors in the health care industry.
In addition to her core Life Sciences and Health Care practice, Whitney is also a member of the firm’s Retail & Consumer Goods group, advising clients operating in the retail pharmacy and health clinic space.
Whitney also currently serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
