Whitney’s practice focuses on transactional, regulatory, health information privacy, reproductive health, and compliance matters for pharmacies, life-sciences companies, health care providers, commercial Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations, and investors in the health care industry.

Whitney also currently serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
