Jon’s practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate work and he has wide experience of development, investment and funding work, acting for developers, investors, banks and major corporate occupiers. He has considerable experience of acting for overseas investors in relation to investment property and multi-national companies who are major occupiers of property in various sectors. In particular, he acts for clients in the IT, financial services, leisure, retail and transport sectors. Jon has specialist knowledge of leisure property, data centres and railway related property development. Unusually for a lawyer, Jon also has a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Henley Business School.
