Kayleigh brings nearly a decade of experience in the advertising industry, advising on SAG-AFTRA , production, and music licensing. She counsels clients on advertising creative, talent agreements, agency master service agreements, terms and conditions, regulatory matters, and sweepstakes and contest rules.
Kayleigh works with a diverse range of clients in the entertainment and media space, including advertising agencies, commercial businesses, sports teams, and industry organizations. She also advises on FTC regulatory compliance and has experience in due diligence for music catalog acquisitions.
While in law school, Kayleigh served as Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal (Vol. XXXIV).
