Daniel is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group, having joined the firm as a trainee in September 2021. He has experience in insurance recovery and commercial litigation, including proceedings in the English High Court, the Court of Appeal and under various international arbitration regimes.
Daniel has advised on a broad range of insurance policies, including professional indemnity, political risk, directors’ and officers’ liability, business interruption and many others.
As a commercial litigator, Daniel has worked on a variety of disputes representing global companies on claims at the pre-action stage through to trial. He has experience acting for both claimants and defendants across multiple industries, including banks, funds, and companies and individuals in the media, sports, healthcare and software spaces.
Alongside his practice, Daniel engages in a wide array of pro bono initiatives with the firm.
