Danielle is an associate in the regulatory & investigations group. Danielle represents clients in a variety of investigations, including before the DOJ, FTC, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), State Attorneys General, as well as in complex litigation, including under the False Claims Act and multi-district litigations. She also assists clients in antitrust actions and has contributed on pre-merger Hart-Scott-Rodino filings. Danielle regularly counsels in responding to government investigations and subpoenas. Her extensive litigation experience involves drafting dispositive motions, negotiating settlement agreements, and managing complex electronic discovery projects.
