Gaby assists clients to find practical solutions to international shipping and aviation disputes, including those relating to complex charters, memoranda of agreement (sale and purchase), bills of lading and finance agreements.
She specializes in global enforcement, including arresting vessels and obtaining freezing orders; disputes relating to superyachts; and issues relating to renewable energy (including offshore wind). Gaby also focuses on aviation claims, including detaining aircraft and regularly provides public talks on these issues.
Gaby has significant experience with disputes involving court and arbitration proceedings, and is adept at coordinating cross-border litigation, acting for owners, charterers, ship managers, cargo owners, bunker suppliers/purchasers, P&I clubs, brokers and ship finance banks/funds as well as aircraft lessees and lessors.
Gaby has been in Reed Smith’s transportation litigation team since 2010 (having been at Reed Smith since 2007) assisting clients globally, with a particular focus on Israel.
