Ping Ting is a corporate transactional lawyer whose practice includes both local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings. She advises on a diverse range of transactions involving commodities, including the mining and processing of battery metals. She also supports investment consortiums and operators of large-scale industrial parks (both well-established and under development) in Southeast Asia on transactional, infrastructure as well as on-going regulatory compliance matters.
Ping Ting has worked with clients from a wide range of industries and sectors, including Global Fortune-500 multinational corporations, financial institutions and those who are well-known in the natural resources and commodities sectors.
Ping Ting also supports banking and finance, and aviation related transactions, including aircraft and engine sale and lease back, structured financing and trading transactions.
Ping Ting is fluent in both English and Chinese and graduated from the University of Manchester School of Law in 2015.
