Kiriaki Tourikis is an Associate in Reed Smith’s IP, Tech & Data practice group. Kiriaki designs and implements workflows employing statistical analysis and predictive workflows. She consults with attorneys, litigation technology project managers and clients regarding the management of complex e-discovery processes to provide cost effective strategies and solutions to handling client information. Kiriaki actively contributes to developing internal course materials and conducts ongoing training sessions for members of the law firm community. Prior to her role as a consulting attorney, Kiriaki served as a senior staff attorney representing major investment banks, financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies in securities enforcement, regulatory, litigation and compliance matters. In her role as a senior staff attorney, Kiriaki assumed a leadership role in managing the document control process, systematically tracking documents from preservation to collection and through review and production. She worked closely with numerous discovery vendors and their review and analytical tools; trained and supervised other firm and contract attorneys who review documents; and partnered with project managers to perform production quality control.
