Evelyn is a banking and finance partner based in Hong Kong. She focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, credit funds, corporates, and private equity sponsors in complex cross-border acquisition financings, dividend recapitalisations, hybrid debt/equity investments, fund financings, margin financings, and real estate financings in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Evelyn was an investment banker at one of the largest Chinese investment banks in Hong Kong. In In that role, she focused on the structuring and execution of structured finance deals for both global and regional private equity sponsors. She also worked at a leading U.S. multinational law firm on various debt financing transactions, representing private equity sponsors and corporates.
