Prior to joining Reed Smith's Records & E-Discovery Group in 2015, William served as an intern at Medical Mutual of Ohio in Cleveland. He conducted research and drafted memoranda on third-party administration licensing, prescription plan rebates, reinsurance regulations, and proposed NAIC Model Law for corporate governance regulation. Before that he was a legal extern at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he researched legal issues and wrote memoranda relating to risk management, hospital regulatory law, tax-exempt organizations, corporate compliance, and medical education.
