Scott is counsel in the firm's Global Commercial Disputes group. His practice focuses on managed care litigation and counseling. He has broad experience in representing managed care companies in litigation and arbitration matters across the country, including in suits challenging reimbursement, claims processing, benefit interpretation, HIPAA requirements, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) requirements, fraud, breach of contract, and state deceptive trade practices claims.
