Scott is counsel in the firm's Global Commercial Disputes group. His practice focuses on managed care litigation and counseling.

Prior to joining Reed Smith, Scott served as the Senior Associate General Counsel at Health Care Service Corporation, managing litigation matters across the enterprise, which includes Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliates in Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, New Mexico, and Montana, as well as Dearborn National Life insurance company.
