The staff attorneys provide legal services to many Reed Smith clients, including several major banks, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, retailers and other large corporations. The staff attorneys support numerous litigation matters, with heightened emphasis on commercial disputes, financial services, and labor and employment. The staff attorneys also perform transactional work for Reed Smith clients across multiple industries, such as commercial real estate, pharmaceutical, retail, finance and corporate governance. The staff attorneys also support the firm’s regulatory practice through research, analysis and advice on issues such as compliance and licensing.
