The Employment Law Institute is offering 32 different workshops in this two day conference that will provide you with the most current information about a variety of workplace problems.  You will have a choice of sessions that will help you keep abreast of developing issues such as same sex harassment and sex discrimination, family responsibilities discrimination, and the repercussions from the U.S. Supreme Court decision on Ledbetter.  You will come away with answers to the persistent questions surrounding intermittent leave, on and off duty employee conduct, policies regarding e-mail and blogs and wage and hour issues.  And, you won’t want to miss updates on the ADA and ADR in the Western District.
