Reed Smith in conjunction with Kyllingstad Kleveland Advokatfirma DA will host a legal offshore conference in Aberdeen, Scotland.  The conference is aimed at oil companies, contractors, suppliers, banks, insurers and individuals who have business dealings in the offshore industry.
 
The programme will explore the legal issues that are fundamental when operating in the offshore industry, with topics to include pre-contractual misrepresentations; FPSO contracts; Supplytime termination; current trends and risks in offshore construction; and knock-for-knock regimes in all the key offshore jurisdictions.
