Lending to the Military 

Panel Program Description:  This program will discuss current developments in military lending law, including the status of Department of Defense’s proposed amendment to its regulation implementing the Military Lending Act and a discussion concerning whether the proposed regulations will enhance protections for servicemembers or unduly restrict their access to credit.

Roundtable Description:  This roundtable will discuss CFPB’s scrutiny of add-on products, debt collection, credit information furnishing, and advertising.
