The sessions will offer a full introduction to the SCL Protocol which was designed in response to this issue and will focus on what it is, how it works and what it can offer for those facing delay and disruption to projects. Using practical insight, the seminars will look at the application and policing of SCL Protocol in France and other key civil code jurisdictions.
The second seminar in this series will be held on 24 January 2018 in our Paris office from 8:00am – 12:00pm CET.
