This presentation will explore the various types of joint ventures typically considered by tax-exempt organizations, including those that exploit intellectual property created at the organization or drive other goals of the organization such as investment returns. Focusing on tax-exempt organizations, the presentation will also contrast and compare the federal tax consequences resulting from the various structures.
