The 2018-2019 D.C. Family Business Forum continues with an event featuring Thomas Carr and Doug Kinney. 

Thomas A. Carr joined Federal Capital Partners (FCP), a real estate private equity firm, in 2007 and currently serves as managing partner. Thomas is a member of the FCP’s Investment Committee, which has responsibility for commercial office and manufactured housing investments, capital raising and general management. With over 37 years of experience in real estate, Thomas has been actively involved in the industry focusing on all aspects of development, operations, capital markets and investments.

Doug Kinney is a principal at Delta Partners, LLC, an Annapolis, Maryland private equity firm that specializes in fixing deeply distressed manufacturing companies. Doug has 35 years of experience buying, fixing, operating and selling distressed manufacturing businesses in the lower middle market. Along with his current role, Doug also sits on the boards of American National Rubber, Rowe Industries, Inc. Sailing Specialty Partners, Inc. and Delta Partners, LLC.
