The conference will cover the tax and legal framework conditions for credit portfolio transactions in Germany, focusing on the establishment of a (foreign) SPV for the acquisition of NPLs, VAT aspects and legal requirements for the transfer. A detailed description of an ideal typical portfolio transaction is also provided, from the organisation, data processing and data analysis through to the valuation of the loan portfolios.
