During this workshop, our speakers will delve into the essential factors to consider during an internal investigation as a result of an FCPA-related allegation. We will explore the goal of the investigation and the possible sequence of events. Participants will gain valuable insights into the DOJ’s methodologies for investigating FCPA issues, including how they build cases and what’s available in their toolkit.

Applications for CLE credit will be filed in Delaware, Florida, Ohio, and Virginia. Attendees who are licensed in other jurisdictions will receive a uniform certificate of attendance but Reed Smith only provides credit for the states listed.
