Gilberto Guerrero-Rocca will present in a panel discussion exploring anti-arbitration injunction. Topics will include: the interaction between treaty-based arbitration claims and breaches of contract by host states; and whether anti-arbitration injunctions by commercial arbitration panels are admissible to stay a parallel investor-state arbitration.
