(Los Angeles, CA, February 24, 2003) – Reed Smith Crosby Heafey a top-20 international law firm has added Thomas Harnsberger as a partner in its Los Angeles Real Estate practice.

A 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Harnsberger specializes in partnership restructuring and dissolution and recapitalization of troubled ventures.

Prior to joining Reed Smith Crosby Heafey, Harnsberger was a partner in the Real Estate department at Riordan & McKinzie in Los Angeles.

Harnsberger graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1974 and the University of California in San Diego in 1971.  He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate finance, sales, leasing, land use, development, construction and partnerships. He has served as general outside counsel to a number of real estate investors and syndicates, and represented
companies, investors and lenders involved in minerals, waste, construction, retail, engineering, manufacturing, distribution and other industries.

He is a member of the California bar.
