April 29, 2015 – Reed Smith LLP today announced that Sahra Dalfen has joined the firm’s Corporate Transactional Advisory Group (CTAG) and Jody Saltzman has joined its Real Estate Group. The two have worked together for many years and are joining Reed Smith from Crowell & Moring in New York.

Dalfen has broad experience across a range of industries, with a focus on fashion, retail and apparel. She also advises domestic and foreign clients on U.S. corporate and regulatory compliance. Dalfen is a 1998 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.

Saltzman’s real estate practice includes negotiating commercial leases across the United States for diverse tenants, particularly retail leases, warehouses, showrooms, galleries, and office spaces for clients in the luxury, fashion, retail, health care, banking, and other industries.

A 2004 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, Saltzman also represents private and institutional clients in property acquisitions and transfers, financing transactions, and title-related matters. Additionally, she handles commercial finance matters dealing with trade finance, including factoring, receivables financing, and other lending arrangements.

Dalfen and Saltzman are the second and third partners added to Reed Smith’s New York office this month. George Pavlenishvili joined the Corporate Transactional Advisory Group from Stoel Rives’ D.C. office in early April.
